CEM-BCM is a 'core capability' that must be built and maintained as a highly applied skill. Emergency Response (ER) - Practice Lead: Andy Ennis

Our ER practice area specialises in the auditing, training, assessment and development of this critical capability, across all industries and around the globe. Utilising only practitioners with decades of hands-on experience in government and commercial fire, rescue and medical fields, our ER team ensures the highest calibre of first-line response in time-critical situations.
Leadership, Teamwork and Resilience (LTR) - Practice Lead: Ben Pronk

This practice area focuses on developing leadership skills, enhancing teamwork and building individual and organisational resilience, even in operating environments characterised by ambiguity and complexity. In this respect, we firmly believe that theory is necessary, but not sufficient; strong academic underpinnings must be backed up with highly applied and practical methodologies if they are to survive in the real world. Our LTR team complement their decades of experience as leaders in elite special operations units with contemporary academic positions in a world-leading business school to deliver highly effective and impactful results to our clients.
